Shipping Policy

Shipping Partners & Coverage: Jems Jewellery ships to all serviceable pin codes across India using premium, fully insured courier partners (such as Blue Dart and Delhivery) to ensure your precious items arrive safely.

Processing & Delivery Timeline:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.

• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Please allow 7–14 business days for artisanal crafting and certified appraisal.

• Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders above ₹4,999 across India. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.

Package Security: All shipments are sent in tamper-evident packaging. For security reasons, a direct signature and a valid government ID verification may be required by our courier partner upon delivery. Do not accept the package if it appears damaged or opened.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been shipped or entered production (for custom orders).

7-Day Return Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only): To maintain absolute hygiene and purity standards, we only accept returns if the product arrives physically damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item.

• You must notify us via email (info@jemsjewellery.com) or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

• Mandatory Video: You must provide an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened to claim a return for damages.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected by our Chief Valuer to confirm its original, unworn condition with all certified tags intact, your refund will be processed. The money will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Account) within 5–7 business days.
